Terms of Use
This website is owned and operated solely by MUSABELLIU, a legal entity (civil law) or individual (commercial law), which offers products or services through this site that are subject to the sales relationship between MUSABELLIU and clients. This includes all related products or services and transportation activities.
Definitions:
- Client: Any individual who has made payment through the methods specified in the Terms of Service to receive a service from MUSABELLIU.
- User: Any individual who accesses and uses this website, regardless of whether they have made transactions (service acquisition or service request).
- Parties: MUSABELLIU and Clients or Users.
- Firm: MUSABELLIU.
An individual accessing this website, under the conditions defined below, is considered a User. The User status changes once payment is made for a service, gaining Client status.
Please read the following terms carefully before using this website or obtaining services through it. After each visit or purchase on this website, it is considered that the Client/User is informed about all terms of use and privacy policies.
MUSABELLIU does not deviate from these terms, whether or not requested by the Client/User. Therefore, anyone who disagrees with these terms is kindly requested not to use the site.
Terms are divided into two categories:
- General Terms of Use
- Terms of Service
In case of conflict between them, the Terms of Service take precedence.
I. General Terms of Use:
- Use of this website is allowed only for individuals over 18 years old.
- The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided for the service acquisition and guarantees that the credit/debit card used is in their name.
- Users can contact us at musabelliuservice@gmail.com for any questions or issues, whether from Albania or abroad.
- Electronic communications or notifications between parties are considered acceptable.
- No communication is considered confidential if used as evidence in legal proceedings.
- All content, including images, logos, and texts, is the property of MUSABELLIU and protected by copyright law.
- Copying or recreating identifying elements is not allowed without written consent from the Firm.
II. Terms of Service:
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- The final agreement is realized upon full payment.
- The price includes the cost of the product and transportation.
- Orders within Tirana have no transport cost. Transport time varies from 3-4 days for Albania and 10-15 days for abroad.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where the Firm has provided incorrect information about the product.
- Products for return must be unused and in original condition.
- The Firm is responsible for transport costs in cases of return or exchange.
Responsibilities:
- The Firm is not responsible for errors in content and reserves the right to change information without prior notice.
- If a price error is discovered, the Client is immediately informed and the order can be canceled or redone at the correct price.
MUSABELLIU reserves the right to change terms without retroactive effect for previously completed orders.
This agreement is interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Albania and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
